By using the Nexxtech GPS dashboard mount disc you can easily convert your windshield suction mount into a dashboard mount. The windshield suction mount easily attaches to the disc's flat surface letting you then place it on your dashboard out of the way but still in view. It's easy to install - no tools required, and is compatible with all types of window suction mounts. GPS sold separately.

It's removable. It's got a suction cup.

You have the choice to either use the permanent disc mount on your windshield or dash, or just use the suction cup device only. I prefer the cup only use because when travelling, theives could spot the disc and assume that you have a GPS and break in to steal it. (also wipe away the small circle marks made by the suction cup when removing)
