How does this connect to a device?

How would this connect to a device? I don't see any wires or jacks. Is it the same setup as the double set you have listed for $7.49 (item #3319617) , except this item is mono? It's just confusing not to be able to see a picture of the entire product and what it includes. Thanx for your help.

This ear phone has a normal cord and connector that fits most devices. yes it is the same setup as the double set. the mono ear clip is better for people that want one ear free to listen to surrounding noise/conversations. Would recommend getting the full set for the price.
